how do i book an appointment?

To book an appointment, please click the booking button on the home page to be redirected to the booking site. If you are a new client, please message me first so we can discuss what service is best for you.

How do i cancel/reschedule my appointment?

If you are cancelling/rescheduling at least 48 hours before your appointment, you may do so through the booking site. If you are within the 48 hour window, please reach out at (916)426-3015.

Why do I need a card on file to book my appointment?

A card is required on file for a couple different reasons. One being in the case that you do not cancel/reschdeule within the 24 hour window or no show the appointment. The other is for quick payment during your visit.

What haircare line is used in the salon?

At Herron Hair we use Kevin Murphy haircare as well as the Color. Me color line by Kevin Murphy. Their products are lightweight yet effective and use incredible, natural ingredients. Their philosophy for their products is “skin care for the hair” and their values align with those of Herron Hair.

What are the cancellation Policies?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is asked that you do so at least 48hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel/reschedule within the 24 hour window before your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the service price. No showing your appointment will result is 50% of your service being charged. If you are running 15+ minutes late to your appointment, the appointment may be downgraded to fit the remaining time booked or rescheduled. Confirmations and reminders are also sent out prior to the appointment. Failure to confirm or reply to texts may result in cancellation.
