Terms of service.

CANCELLATION POLICY : If you NO SHOW your appointment you will be subject to pay 100% of the requested service. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service price.

FAILURE TO CONFIRM: A confirmation text will be sent out to you 5 day before your appointment. If you do not confirm 2-3 days before the appointment, a 2nd confirmation will be sent. If you do not confirm 24 hours before your appointment, it will be cancelled and you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.

LATE POLICY: Herron Hair has a 15 minute grace period when it comes to running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled or a service requiring less time may need to be done instead.

CARD ON FILE: Upon booking, a card will be kept on file in the case that policies are violated and for easy checkout at your appointment. Services cannot be booked without one.

CHILDREN: As this is a salon studio with limited space that has potentially harmful chemicals and tools, we ask that children not be brought to your appointment. Please reschedule your appointment if child care cannot be found during the time of your service.

REFUNDS: All services are non-refundable. If you would like to make an adjustment to your hair within the first week after your service, we are happy to do so for no additional charge. Preference changes are not the same as a fix and will require a separate, paid appointment.

PRIVACY POLICY: Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.

RIGHT TO REFUSE: Herron Hair has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence, behaves inappropriately, or can pose a threat to the business.

HEALTH AND SAFETY: If you are sick, we ask that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better.

PRICING: Pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation.

TIMING: The goal is for you to always leave your appointment satisfied. We ask that you book on a day without tight time restrictions to avoid stress for both parties.

Waiver and Indemnification

At Herron Hair LLC, all clients fill out this questionnaire prior to or at their reservation. This helps the stylist be as prepared as possible for the reservation. Sometimes we may ask you to send current pictures of your hair color and inspirational photos of what you would like to achieve. If you need help finding inspiration, you can always reference our Instagram @Madison.HerronHair. All guests at Herron Hair LLC must be 18 years of age or older or have parent consent.

 

Herron Hair strives for nothing less than perfection. We highly recommend booking your reservation on a day when you have no time restrictions to avoid stress for you and the stylist. Please keep in mind that the stylist is one person and will be overseeing everything. Please also remember that having great hair also means having healthy hair. Achieving your goal may take several sessions.

 

Virgin hair, previously color treated hair and especially “box-colored” hair all react differently. Plus depending on the time, amount budgeted, or condition of the hair, the stylist will do all they can to achieve the desired outcome at the reservation. Reservation time and amount budgeted are a factor to keep in mind. Depending on the ultimate goal of the client, the stylist will do everything possible to achieve the desired outcome. Please understand some goals and having great hair takes time, an immediate transformation may be difficult to achieve in one day without causing damage. Depending on the health and color of the hair sometimes the ideal goal may not be achievable. We thank you for having patience during this process. We also recommend using high quality hair products recommended by your stylist to prolong the life of your hair color and/or extensions. At Herron Hair LLC the stylist will always error on the side of keeping your hair safe and healthy.

 

After the consultation, both the client and the stylist have full discretion on whether to move forward. Either party may cancel the upcoming or current reservation and/or refuse service for any reason. If reservation is cancelled, or client doesn’t attend reservation, the client will be forfeiting the non-refundable retainer.

 

I certify that the information I supplied to the stylist during the consultation is correct. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Herron Hair LLC and/or its stylist for loss, damage, claims, or actions of any type that I may suffer as a result of failure to provide them with accurate and complete information.

 

I agree the Herron Hair LLC and/or its stylist are not liable in any way for any loss, damage, defect, or injury suffered by me as a consequence of my use/or misuse of hair extensions.

 

I agree that Herron Hair LLC and/or its stylist are not liable in any way of matting, tangling, shedding, or discoloration of the hair occurs. I understand Herron Hair LLC and/or its stylist are not responsible for replacing hair, removing the hair. If the client wishes to remove the hair, Herron Hair LLC and/or its stylist are not responsible for re-installing the hair.

 

If the client feels the hair is defective, the hair will be removed from the client and sent to the company to undergo testing. Client understands there is no guarantee hair will be replaced by the company. Client understands once the hair has been altered from its original state, the hair will no longer be covered under the supply company return policy.

 

If hair is found defective by the company, hair will be replaced at no additional cost from the company. However, the client will be responsible for installation fees from Herron Hair LLC.

 

Herron Hair LLC is not liable for any damage caused due to improper installation by the stylist or improper maintenance by the client. Herron Hair LLC is not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products from the stylist or the client. Herron Hair LLC will not be held responsible for any damages caused during, and/or after the hair extension application process.

 

All consumers agree to have hair extensions installed at their own risk. Hair extensions can damage ones natural hair if not properly maintained. Herron Hair LLC will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, no exceptions.

 

Every effort is made to consult buyers on the instructions to care for hair extensions and no guarantee is given.
